Dan O. Sjostrom
Dan Sjostrom has 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, mergers, and acquisitions with businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups.
Mr. Sjostrom served as the Corporate Controller and Director, FP&A with JPW Industries Inc. before joining Aries Clean Technologies. At JPW, he directed all accounting, treasury, tax and financial reporting functions of this private equity owned global manufacturer. Prior to JPW Industries, Mr. Sjostrom served as a Controller and Finance Manager for Amazon Inc. and as the CFO for software development start-up N-Torus Technologies.
Mr. Sjostrom has earned his master’s Degree in business administration from Thunderbird, The Garvin Graduate School of International Business, and his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University.
