Since our inception in 2010, we have been at the forefront of waste management innovation. Starting as PHG Energy, funded by the owners of a multi-state Caterpillar dealership, we focused on developing patented gasification technology to cleanly convert wood waste into synthetic fuel gas. Over the years, we achieved significant milestones, including the development of power generation systems, municipal gasification facilities, and cleaner syngas production.
In 2015, we acquired assets and patents from MaxWest Environmental, expanding our capabilities to include fluidized bed gasification for municipal and industrial biosolids. This acquisition marked a pivotal moment in our journey, enabling us to address the growing demand for sustainable waste management solutions.
Today, Aries Clean Technologies is poised to make a lasting impact. With our first commercial-scale biosolids gasification facility set to begin operations in Linden, NJ, in Q4 2024, we are on track to open three additional plants within the next four years.
